The tool includes training needs analysis (TNA) questionnaires against common core, every child matters, safeguarding and many more. The tool is being used by a number of Local Authorities and Connexions services to assist them to meet the challenges of the Wider Children's Workforce agenda and the objectives set in their Children's Plan.
