2develop for Every Child Matters

The 2develop Every Child Matters portal is a tool used to measure and increase the knowledge of those needing to meet the every child matters agenda.

The system provides training needs analysis (TNA) questionnaires against the 6 areas of the common core and support materials to ensure that the knowledge of all staff can be measured. Once an individual has worked through the knowledge requirements of the standard the system generates an automatic certificate that can be printed and used by the organisation and individual to demonstrate understanding. The system is being used by a number of Local Authorities to find out how many staff they have that come into contact with children and their level of knowledge against the common core standard.
