How much do the tools cost?
All of our standard tools have a set pricing structure which is available on request. Our bespoke solutions are priced individually, once we have established your requirements we will be able to give you a price. We are always told by our clients that our products are excellent value for money.
How is 2develop accessed?
All of our products are accessed by a unique username and password through either the 2develop website or it can be put on your own website. Access is therefore available 24/7 to all users. You will be allocated your own profile so the pages can be branded to your requirements.
How do I know our data will be safe?
2develop uses a secure server, all data is 128 bit encrypted and protected. Data is backed up nightly and distributed to locations to ensure there is never any loss of data. 2develop is password protected, therefore only approved users can access. Accounts can be locked if a user needs to be removed or there is ever a breach of security.
Can I get a demonstration of one of your products?
Yes, contact us and we will be able to give you access to a demonstration site or arrange to come out to you to provide you with a full demonstration.
If I purchase a product will I receive training on how to use it?
Yes, we can train a number of individuals in your organisation if you wish. This training is included in the price of your product. In addition to initial training we have help line support available during office hours where a range of advisors can support you with any queries.
The tool meets our organisation requirements perfectly but how do we get staff to use it?
It is important that you inform all staff you want to use the system, why they need to use it and the benefits to them. It also helps if you provide them with a timeframe of when you would like elements to be completed. We will do everything we can to support you with this, from creating an organisation message on the home page explaining the system and benefits to providing staff training. In addition to our standard service we can offer consultancy packages where we will provide you with a consultant that will assist in implementation.
Not all of my staff have access to a computer, how can they use the tool?
For staff who do not wish to access the tool electronically paper based questionnaires can be issued. There is a print function which allows all questionnaires to be printed. You can then either appoint someone in your organisation to input the information into the system or send them to us where we will input them for you. There is a charge of £1 per questionnaire for this service.
I have purchased one of your tools but we now have some new requirements, can my existing tool be amended?If so how much will this cost?
This will depend on what the new requirements are, however we understand that clients needs do change over time and try to build our tools to allow for adjustments to suit this. To date we have always been able to adapt clients existing tools to meet their ongoing needs. The cost of amending your tool will again depend on what the new requirements are. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs.
I have forgotten my username and password what should I do?
In the first instance please contact the person in your organisation that allocated you with a username and password. If this is not possible please contact us or send us an email and we’ll send you a reminder.
