About Us

2develop.org Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of STAR (Training and Consultancy) Ltd. We provide a range of cost effective IT solutions to support organisations with requirements for capturing and collating workforce data to meet quality standards and mandatory requirements.

2develop operates internationally, working extensively with the public sector including local authorities, schools, MOD and the Wider Children's Workforce. We have also developed products for Connexions Services and Sector Skills Councils including Life Long Learning UK.

Our team of software developers have over 15 years experience of creating online solutions for businesses. Our highly qualified business consultants have over 30 years experience at identifying needs and implementing solutions.

We work in partnership with our customers to develop tools to their exact requirements, ensuring that the finished product is not just a tool designed to specification but delivers the overall objectives that the customer set out to achieve.
